Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and order processing in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. This role is fully onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate order entry, timely follow-up, and excellent customer service.

Core Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
    • Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems
    • Process and manage customer orders from start to completion
    • Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and updates
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues or questions
    • Maintain accurate customer and order records
    • Provide consistent, high-quality customer support

    Required Background

    • 1 + year prior experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      • Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
      • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
      • Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite during scheduled hours
      • Experience in manufacturing, industrial supply, or distribution environments
      • Familiarity with ERP or order entry systems
      • Customer service experience supporting technical or product-based orders
